site ("the Web Site"), you are hereby notified that the
following policies, disclaimers, and terms of use are in
effect. Your online session at the Web Site means that you have
accepted these policies and agree with them.

unauthorized programs (collectively, "intrusive programs"). In
the event that such programs invade the Web Site, all

Spam; Phishing. The Web Site does
not collect email addresses. If you believe you have
received spam (unauthorized commercial email) from the
Committee to Re-Elect Jack A. Brown and/or the Web Site please
forward the offending email, with the header intact, to
support @
jackabrown.com, so that the appropriate
authorities may be notified and appropriate action taken.
Similarly, the practice of "phishing," which is highly illegal,
has victimized many unsuspecting victims using the Internet.
"Phishing" refers to the act of sending an e-mail to a user
falsely claiming to be an established legitimate enterprise in
an attempt to scam the user into surrendering private
information that will be used for identity theft. The e-mail
directs the user to visit a web site where they are asked to
update personal information, such as passwords and credit card,
social security, and bank account numbers, which the legitimate
organization already has. The web site, however, is bogus and
set up only to steal the user's information. If you receive any
email you believe is not sent from the Committee to Re-Elect
Jack A. Brown or the Web Site, do not reply to the email.
Instead, forward the email to support @ jackabrown.com so that
appropriate legal actions may be taken.

A. Brown does not necessarily endorse the content of said third
party web sites, nor does it provide an endorsement, express or
implied, of the services or products offered by such linked
